Dad Mode Activated

Rooted in purpose. Focused on the mission. Making memories along the way.

Good evening, y’all —

Writing this one after getting dinner ready for my daughter. Once I hit send, we’ll dive into our bedtime routine and finish Lilo & Stitch — she’s got me hooked.

Since the last time I landed in your inbox, it's been full-on Download Activated.

No school drop-offs. No soccer practices. Just pool time, a trip to a local indoor water park, some tennis, and lots of reading as we prep for first grade.

Work’s still rolling at full tilt, and I’m making sure nothing gets missed — but my priority this stretch has been presence.

Because being present with my little one... that’s the real assignment.
And I’m learning every day that presence > perfection.

But I’d be lying if I said this week didn’t come with its challenges.

There are moments in life where you’re doing all you can — showing up, sacrificing, leading with love — and it still doesn’t feel like enough.

That’s where I’ve been. Wrestling with the weight of that.
Wondering if the output matches the effort.
Praying for clarity. For peace.

And here’s what I’ve learned:

"If you're doing all you can from a place of love and intention, that’s already a win — even if it doesn’t feel like it in the moment."

I watched a Gary V clip the other day that hit me hard. He said something like:
“Winners just win. They don’t pause to react to everything. They move. They build. They keep going.”

🎥 Dad Mode Chronicles

This week, I’m back in full-on Dad Mode. Looking forward to quality time and making memories.

Later this week, I’ll be back filming new content — both for the course and for short-form content for pickleball and padel.

Final Word

This life isn’t always easy.
But it is meaningful.

And the tension we feel?
It’s often just the weight of being faithful to what really matters.

So this week —
I’m leaning into inner peace, staying rooted in purpose, and doing my best to show up with outer excellence in all I do.

Talk soon,
Bryant
