New year, same mission

Hey friend,

Happy New Year! I hope you feel some calm and a fresh start today.

The past couple weeks were a gift. Christmas in Ohio. New Year’s in Florida. A lot of time with my daughter, dad, brother and his family. I feel recharged and grateful. Each day is a gift, and I want to use it well.

While putting away Christmas decorations, I found a card from my mom. Her words are front and center for me this year:
“Always bring your own sunshine wherever you go and whatever you do. Your talent is God’s gift to you. What you do with it is your gift back to God.”

Thank you, Mom. I am carrying this into everything.

My mindset for the year

Excellence as worship. Stewardship that serves others. I want my story to be hope for anyone walking through hard days. Inner peace first, then outer excellence as the byproduct.

Creator corner

Today is a work day. I am mapping a long-form YouTube script and starting to film the padel course on my own. Taking the bull by the horns. Past “failures” gave me reps and wisdom I could not buy. Time to build.
